a BITTER exercise
Close your eyes.
Is everything quiet? Good.
Take a deep breath. Let it out slowly.
Now empty your mind. Just float, relax, go calm.
There yet? Good.
Now, imagine a field of grass on a nice sunny day. Blue sky, some clouds lazing along, and a nice field of grass with some rabbits playing and the trilling of birds and maybe a happy squirrel munching on a nut.
Now, quick: WHAT IS YOUR FIRST REACTION?
If you thought or felt, "Yeah, right," you are of the BITTER.
